Lisa & JT met in college when one of JT’s best girlfriends set them up on a blind date & from the sounds of it, the rest was history! These two had the perfectly imperfect wedding day. This is the second wedding that I have photographed this year where the ceremony was moved indoors at the very last moment. Both JT & Lisa handled the news so much better than most in their shoes would have. A little rain, or a lot of rain in this case 😉 — wasn’t going to interfere with what the two of them were there to do—become husband & wife. After their wedding, Lisa & I were discussing possibly doing a second session to get more pictures of her in her dress“while the weather wasn’t what we ideally wanted it’s what our wedding day was and how we will remember it forever. We don’t think a reshoot is for us just because we know it isn’t “our day.” It’s ok if there’s not a ton of shots from the night, our memories of it is all we need. Plus, you could have just sent us the one shot you shared and we would have been happy…it’s seriously amazing!” If this doesn’t describe for you the type of couple they are- I’m not sure what does! Thank you Lisa & JT for having me be apart of your beautiful wedding
