Emily & James had the most perfect, rainy, cold fall wedding day! You’ll see the common theme throughout their blog is laughter! It was pretty non stop from the very start of the day! These two picked the most beautiful barn, complete with a She Shed for the girls & ManCamp for the guys! Emily shared the sweetest first look with her dad that melted everyone’s heart that was present. Just before the ceremony, her & James shared one last prayer with each other before becoming husband and wife. It was so touching & showed a new level of love that they have for one another. Just before the ceremony was set to start, the rain picked up a bit. I looked at Emily & I asked her if she still wanted her ceremony to take place outside.. She said that she did, so I told her, guests have umbrellas, outside it is! I am so glad she went with her gut, the ceremony was chilly and it was wet, but it was so amazing seeing all of her loved ones with their umbrellas & her dad holding hers while they said their vows with the pitter patting of rain in the background. They tied a rope into a knot instead of doing a unity candle & I was once told a wet knot is harder to untie than a dry one. Enjoy a look into their beautiful day!
